The girl raced through the forest, tumbling through deep drifts of autumn leaves. Moonlight washed down from the starry sky, illuminating her darting figure. 

My Thoughts:  I have been following this author on Instagram for a while now and thought I would give one of his best selling books a try.  I have a love/hate relationship with fantasy books so it will be interesting to see how I feel about this.

My 56 (Also from The Changeling Omnibus by James Fahy – about 56% on Kindle):  

The faun beemed his white teeth proudly.  "It's a sculpture!: he cried with glee as the others gathered round to see.  "It's you!"   

My Thoughts:  I'm not sure if this is still in the first book or not - lol - but it sounds interesting and I am looking forward to jumping into this book and seeing how I like it.
